Yes, you may create your own CPI on our platform; but, in competitive situations, you have the alternative of using the assigned CPI.
Is G-MOS platform tool agnostic?
Yes. G-MOS is an interoperable solution that links all Survey scripting platforms that allows redirection and provides API integration to numerous vendors.
As a supplier, do I have Client visibility on the G-MOS platform?
The platform offers necessary survey features and specifications posted by the Client for suppliers.
Is it possible to ‘Change Invoice’ after it has been raised?
Following the reconciliation, the invoice is generated.
Any adjustments to an invoice are only made in rare circumstances.

How does the G-MOS platform handle reconciliation and invoicing?
When the buyer completes the field work, the suppliers will be notified by API of the study’s completion. The system must finish the reconciliation process automatically, based on the number of completes approved by the Client and the cost per complete. Following reconciliation, you must select the ‘Generate Invoice’ option.
Is there an annual licence / subscription charge for G-MOS Clients and Panel Suppliers to utilise the platform?
There is NO Licensee / Subscription fee to use the platform, both for panel suppliers and clients.
Clients can start launching projects after the completion of registration and pay for the sample used.
Can I alter my quotas after my survey has officially launched?
Yes, you do have an option to change or delete the quota and set it as per the open quota need.
As a buyer, how do I launch my survey on the GMOS Platform?
You must first be approved as a Buyer and open an account with G-MOS.
Register as a Buyer, Create a new project, configure all of the parameters to meet your needs, then save the parameters.
Proceed to the next step and insert the survey for a test/live survey link.
Continue using the test link and configure your desired quota.
Initiate your survey.
Is there any minimum threshold of complete for a particular survey?
There is no total baseline of survey responses. You can specify the number of needed completions before proceeding with the launch.
Can I run numerous surveys in various countries and languages?
Yes, the survey can be launched in multiple country with multiple laungauge options available in the system.
Is there a cost threshold?
There is no minimum cost threshold for a buyer.
How is the Quality of Panellist / Respondent screening carried out?
Prior to onboarding on our network, the G-MOS platform evaluates suppliers to assure the quality of panels. We provide a number of characteristics from which you may select and configure the survey’s qualification requirements.
Can I check feasibility before launching?
Yes you can. Use G-MOS feasibility OPTION to verify the feasibility of your project before launching.
What impacts my survey pricing?
The survey price CPI is influenced by the nation, audience goal, time in field, Length of Interview (LOI), and Incidence Rate (IR).
Does Client get billed for Incomplete / Quality Rejected Survey?
No, client do not get billed for any incomplete or quality rejected surveys

Yes , as a client you have the option to choose audience target, time in field, Length of Interview (LOI), Incidence Rate (IR) and has an impact on CPI.
What are the Quality measures on G-MOS platform?
As the Marketplace operator, RS – GMOS is responsible for the quality of the available respondents and surveys. Before beginning API development, all Marketplace panelists are interviewed and validated. New panels are sent to chosen accounts in a trial period before they are made accessible to the whole Marketplace. All responders are also subjected to rules-based deduplication and fraud checks, which contribute to our unique PureScore score.
Can I recontact respondents?
Yes, you may recontact responders using the G-MOS platform.
What is my cost dependency for my survey project? Are there any other fees?
The cost of your survey / project depends on Country, LOI , IR and CPI chosen by you from available suppliers on platform
How is Incidence Rate (IR) calculated?
The formula for calculating incidence is (Completes / (Completes+Terminates)*100). This calculation best reflects how respondents to your survey perceive project performance.
How do I select panels for my survey?
The upper right Feasibility and CPI box will populate when you provide survey audience qualifications throughout the setup procedure. Rapid Say GMOS provides a clear multi-source supply. Before you commence your project, view the available panels from the Feasibility drop down and select who you want to get samples from.
Is it possible to pre schedule the launch of my survey?
Yes, you may set up the project ahead of time and select a date and time to launch your surveys and get into the field.
